Shenandoah Valley TU Fly Fishing Tournament

SVTU will host its annual fly fishing tournament on April 1 in Waynesboro. The event is limited to 12 teams, 2 anglers per team. Registration fee is $400 per team. Funds raised will support the SVTU Trout In The Classroom program and trout stocking in the SPA of the South River

Rapidan TU will hold its 38th annual Kid’s Fishing Day on Saturday, April 7, on the Rose River at Graves Mountain Lodge in Syria, Virginia as the major activity of Graves Mountain Lodge’s Heritage Day event. DGIF heavily stocks the Graves Mountain Lodge section of the river with trout and reserves the river for children 12 years old and under only. Annual 2-Fly Tournament at Double Spur Outfitters on Cedar Creek. There will be only 10 teams and the river will be stocked. Cost is $250 per team. Funds raised support NVATU Programs including Project Healing Waters, Youth Fly Fishing Camp, stream restoration, Merit Badge Classes, Casting for Recovery and more.
